The location of the hotel was ideal as it was near to the attractions we wanted to visit. The free Wi-Fi was a plus point and we got decent speed. , the room size was decent for the price we paid.
The staff was not helpful and didn't speak English well. It was frustrating when we had some issues with the shower and air conditioning and no one came to fix them.

We loved the location of the hotel, it was very convenient and easy to access everything we wanted to see in this city. The hotel is located near several bus stops , made our transportation around the city very easy, and it's not far from the West Lake.
Nothing could have been better.

the location was convenient because it was near public transportation and easily accessible to popular tourist destinations. I loved that they had a complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi.
The rooms were small and a bit noisy. It was a busy time of year, so there were a lot of people coming and going at all hours of the day and night.

The hotel is conveniently located close to West Lake, the station, and Lingyin temple, making it an excellent choice for tourists. the rooms are small but comfortable and devoid of any unpleasant smells, unlike other similarly priced Chinese hotels. the hotel offers a fast internet speed, making it ideal for business travelers. the cleaning team is friendly and efficient.
The breakfast offered at the hotel is not up to the mark and lacks variety.
